01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pk67 vip platform, including the website, all casino games, Live Casino tables, sports betting sections, Bingo rooms, VIP programme and any other features or services made available through the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit or using any part of the pk67 vip platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. pk67 vip reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing account if eligibility requirements are not met, without being required to provide a detailed explanation beyond what is necessary.

03Account Registration & Security

When registering an account with pk67 vip, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with anyone. pk67 vip will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, or if you suspect any unauthorised activity, you must contact pk67 vip support immediately. The platform will take reasonable steps to assist you, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred before you reported the issue.

pk67 vip may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age or payment method. This is standard practice for online gaming platforms and is in place to protect all users. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

04PKR Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on pk67 vip are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer. Additional payment options may be made available from time to time and will be listed on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your pk67 vip account must come from a payment method that belongs to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method that does not belong to you, is strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of deposit. Deposits are generally credited to your account promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and differ depending on your account tier and the payment method selected. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Raast: typically processed within one business day
• Bank Transfer: typically processed within one to three business days depending on the receiving bank

Declined Transactions: The platform reserves the right to decline a deposit or withdrawal request that does not meet the stated requirements, is suspected to be fraudulent or is in breach of these terms. In such cases, you will be notified and given the opportunity to resolve the issue through customer support.

05Bonuses & Promotions

pk67 vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP-specific promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed alongside the offer.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Bonus Funds: Bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance. When you have both real-money funds and bonus funds in your account, real-money funds are typically used first unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

Players who are found to have opened multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times will have all bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed.

• pk67 vip reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice
• Any attempt to manipulate bonus terms through unusual betting patterns may result in the bonus being voided

06Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on pk67 vip — including casino slots, table games, Live Casino titles, Bingo and sports betting markets — are governed by their own specific rules which are available within the game or market interface. By placing a bet or joining a game, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that game.

pk67 vip uses reputable game providers whose products use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes for all non-live games. Live Casino games are streamed from professionally managed studios with real dealers operating under established casino procedures.

Sports Betting: Sports betting markets, including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports, are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and market type. Odds are correct at the time of placement but may change. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and market status. pk67 vip reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by technical errors or data feed failures.

Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a game, the platform will make a reasonable effort to resolve the game according to its state at the time of disconnection. 07VIP Programme

The pk67 vip VIP programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Progression through the tiers is based on your overall activity on the platform, including deposit volumes and game play across all sections. The specific criteria for tier progression are communicated to players through the VIP section of the platform.

Each VIP tier carries a set of benefits. These include progressively higher withdrawal limits in PKR, faster withdrawal processing, access to exclusive Live Casino tables, personalised promotions and, at Gold and Platinum levels, a dedicated account manager. • VIP status and associated benefits are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred
• pk67 vip reserves the right to review and adjust a player's VIP tier at any time based on account activity
• Players who are found to be in breach of these terms may have their VIP status revoked without notice
• VIP-exclusive bonuses are subject to the same bonus terms outlined in Section 05

08Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk67 vip. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity, for any purpose including bonus farming

pk67 vip is not responsible for the content, availability or accuracy of any third-party game providers or payment processors whose services are integrated into the platform, beyond the reasonable steps taken to select reputable providers.

12Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure is finalised, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be removed upon closure.

Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure: pk67 vip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, suspicious or unusual activity has been detected on the account
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification
• The account is found to be a duplicate of another registered account
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age

In the event of a platform-initiated closure due to a breach of terms, pk67 vip reserves the right to withhold any bonus funds and, depending on the nature of the breach, real-money funds pending investigation. You will be notified of any suspension and given the opportunity to respond through the support channel.

13Changes to These Terms
